Ordered a sofa in August - due to be delivered in October. Received no communications from them at all (no confirmation emails even post purchase). Have called 3 times - only to be told by international call centre that delivery date is pushed out each time. Unable to speak to the store as it rings out. Exceptionally bad communication and customer service. Do not recommend. At this stage I am unsure if/when my product will arrive.

Worst experience ever, don’t order from them unless you have zero expectations on your delivery. We bought a chair (just 1, no biggie) September last year, and the delivery date has changed so many times that I don’t even know when my chair will arrive. And the only way to reach out to them is calling the store, but guess what? They always blame the delivery company (which is of no help as well). There’s no email or customer service because they are still blaming on covid to having reduced staff. It’s infuriating and ridiculous.

AJ from the Alexandria store deserves 5 stars. My lounges were broken and I received a resolution to replace, AJ was super helpful, informative and kind. His customer service is above and beyond. Thank you very much AJ.

This was one of the better furniture exploring sessions. The staff weren't over the top, rather, understanding and respected your space. Simple questioning, simple answers and really tried to help.

Would never ever recommend anyone to buy their products, I spent 3.5 grand on a battery operated lounge and didn’t last 2 years, one side of the lounge has completely stopped working. Their customer support never closed my ticket from last year MH31346S, after their second tech visit when the person mentioned to me he is waiting on some spares which never arrived for more then a year. Now the customer care says I am out of warranty. It’s Nick Scali’s responsibility to follow up and ensure all tickets are closed with customer satisfaction. Never received a follow up call or email. The worst customer experience company.

I found there customer service to be non existent. I was ready to walk into the store to purchase a new lounge and had a couple of questions. They barely even want to acknowledge you, there wasn’t even anyone in the store and when you ask a question they run in the other direction and leave you. I walked out of there and went somewhere else to purchase a lounge that gave far better customer service.

This is my second 1 star review (not from this store, but from your head office and complaints & resolutions teams)I stated that I spent $4,000 on a TV Unit & Dining table that was delivered damaged. I paid the delivery fee of $255, both products were delivered damaged. I raised it with your complaints department and after FIVE WEEKS of chasing you myself, some lady calls and stated she is “The Head of Complaints and Resolutions NSW” (I think her name was Kristy or Kirsty?), and offered me $250 ONLY as compensation!!!! I stated this wouldn’t even cover the cost of a cabinet maker to repair the damage, especially when I needed the products right before Christmas.I asked her a personal question if she believed this was a reasonable offer after spending $4000, to which she responded yes (a bad liar)I said that it wasn’t satisfactory, she became blunt with me on the phone and kept cutting me off every-time I spoke, and her attitude was terrible, saying things like “Look Saxon, this is going nowhere, take the offer or don’t”.When I mentioned this wouldn’t even cover the cost of taking a day off work to wait ANOTHER 4.5hrs for them to re-deliver, she said that she still believes it’s a reasonable offer.This is disgusting customer service and if she is “the head of” this department for NSW, she could have spoken to me more professionally and been more empathetic to the situation and came back with a better resolution.Unknowingly to her, my company is was about to invest $92,499 in home furniture for a new property, and literally because of this one interaction, this will not be going ahead and I’m glad this happened before we spent the money there !!!

Do not order from them. You are just a number and when you try to ring the store all you do in end up in an overseas call Centre every time. I get there are supply chain issues but this is when you need to improve your customer service. Even a quick service side table takes 2 months and they can’t communicate.
