Terrible experience with Coles for online grocery shopping. The manager handling my click and collect issue was rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Despite my order being sent and confirmed, it was not delivered. None of the store staff were able to resolve any issues with click and collect orders.

The shop was is a good experience but the cashier was very rude. I will not go there again

Big shout out to staff member, Gloria. I always see her helping customers . Treats ppl with so much compassion and respect. Thank you for helping me and my son with putting our groceries through tills today:). I was so overwhelmed and you stepped in and helped me just as I was about to leave my full trolley. I was about to leave because I was in a line with 5 ppl in front of me, also with full trolley s of food, with ONLY ONE check-out assistant! Waiting for nearly 10mins before Gloria's stepped in. The poor lady doing it all alone....ridiculous . Roster more staff. Not good enough. Otherwise, clean store with plenty of fresh fruit in veggies. Great variety of gluten free snacks. Helpful and courteous staff. Really great store! So happy I changed from the Woolies at other end.

At 5:45pm I approach the checkouts to find the one and only assisted check out was closing.I had a large shop to the value of $340.00 which I then had to use self serve checkout.I informed the worker that was hovering around the self serve checkouts that it was crazy that there were no assisted checkouts, she simply stated because of the time there was no staff

0 star because of what i seen today customer did nothing but asking for assistance. Asian Lady name Belinda that was working on self check out seen how rude aggressive disrespectful and abusive towards to a customer, and she put her hand up with an aggressive behavier while talking to a custumer it's like she wanted to slap the customer, she didnt even apologise for her behavier maybe it's how its what ever the country she came from this kinda behavier not accepted its shocking to see it in Australian super market im not racist at all never going back.

I will never be coming to this store again, first time doing a click and collect wasn't sure where to go went to the front desk and the lady told us that normally you get it at the back but she'll get someone to bring it up, when the guy showed up the first things he did is get angry, and didn't even have the right groceries and when he walked away started being arrogant. When he finally came back with the right shopping he started abusing me and my daughter even after he had given us all are stuff and would leave. I believe his name was David or something starting with a D but this is not the customer service you should be providing or supporting. (This happened just between 5-6pm today)

OkGood experience with click & collect and great customer service from the staff member who delivers groceries.

I just went to Coles half an hour ago. When I came out the lady said she need to check my receipt. That's ok. I can understand. Because someone will steal. But what I can't understand and forgive is how can a staff member not even know how to check tickets? I bought 10 different flavors yoghurt and paid for them all. But she checked the tickets and said there were only 2, then 6, then 8. And asked me if I should pay for the 2 I missed or if she took them. Then ask me why I didn't pay??I wonder maybe I missed two!？？Then I looked at the ticket and actually paid 10 because they were different flavors (1* strawberry, 1* honey, 2* apricot, 2*boysenberry, 4*mango). These are clearly visible at the end of the ticket! Finally she impatiently said OK.ok.go.go. Not even the least apology. This is a complete insult to me. I have a child quarantin at home . He waiting for me to go back and take care of him. And the child has called me many times. I have not answered. I had to deal with the lady for about 5 minutes because she's problem. And there were a lot of other people watching. People would probably think I was a thief shopping with a 3 years old boy. It was very humiliating！！！It really annoys me how cloes could hire someone who is so unprofessional and impolite. Or maybe she's just being discriminatory.I need a apologize.
