Great experience with my purchase for my partners birthday during victorian lockdown via online. I placed my order in the morning and had it wrapped (beautifully) and on my door step by 3pm for absolutely no extra cost. Awesome communication through out (as I had accidentally given the wrong card number) and a txt message when it arrived. Fantastic! I have often shopped in store and always enjoyed the shop however I had no idea how good their online store was. Would 100% recommend.

Great range and products.Sadly I felt like I was racially profiled today. Whilst browsing one of the sales people snatched the 3 items I was carrying saying “I’ll take those to the counter”.I was shopping with my husband and two kids.All the people in the shop were permitted to carry their items freely! Except me.Never thought I’d experience blatant behaviour such as that. I felt humiliated and was very upset with how I was treated.

Top shelf retail store with excellent products and really helpful staff (even in the midst of a hectic lead up to Christmas). The business owner went above and beyond.

Verry expensive. $4.00 identical black tongs from Coles selling for $12.00 and all the other prices seem overly inflated. I would not recommend. They probably get the tax time crew. And the directed industry apprentices through the door only. There's never any people in store as I have noticed going by the store.Highly recommended for a tax deduction.But don't forget. We all pay for that. But the home chef? Run! Unless money is no object. Or you have deep pockets.Good luck people.

Hugo sharpened my knives, he did such a great job in rescuing one of my knives, I thought it was beyond it! But he managed to sharpen it up beautifully! Thanks Hugo, really appreciate it, highly recommend…and it’s a great shop! Definitely one of my favourites!
