Glassons Macarthur Square

Bella was super polite and helpful at the store! She took time out of her day to assist me in my needs. Awesome customer service!

Went into Glassons last week and seen a manager with a clip board ordering her girls around, talking so loud so all customers could hear her. When speaking to her staff I think she needs to tone down her voice and give them constructive feedback behind closed doors so her staff don’t look embarrassed when being spoken too. The girl was short and long brown hair. The way she spoke to her staff member I would hate to be managed by someone like her. She looks like a bully that does nothing but put her team down! Won’t be going back there again! I feel bad for the other girls. Not a great look on the company.

Walk into this store as a size 14 and you won’t be acknowledged. They will serve the customers that are small when your literally standing there before them
