Real Health Chinese Massage

I went in for a massage after straining a muscle in my neck at gym, the woman who did the massage did it as if she was punishing me. I asked her to be a bit more gentle, when I got home I saw that my shoulder blade was bruised and she had actually broken the skin on both sides of my spine on the back of my neck, it is red raw. I have never been bruised from a massage and certainly have never had my skin broken.

I have to agree totally with all previous reviews. I have been coming here since they opened which is now a couple of years and massages are very hit and miss. However, I am so disappointed by my experience today, I will never return. I clarified a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and yes, the therapist understood. She seemed to have no idea how to do a deep tissue massage and went and got hot rocks which she kept putting on my back for over 20 minutes. No massaging at all!!!! At the 45 minute mark, she said we are finished. I queried the time frame but she insisted it had been an hour, despite the fact I checked the clock as I climbed onto the bed. Charged for the hour. Will not EVER return.

DISGUSTING BE WARNED!!! Booked over the phone after putting my back out at work, my booking was for one hour acupuncture at 12:30. I turned up no booking recorded, then apparently my private health insurance “Medibank” doesn’t work, I am told to pay the full $70 before treatment then refused to give me an invoice. I should have left long before this point I didn’t I then went into the room the mature lady then started to massage my head I explained the pain I was in and she just pushed my head back down and said “yes I fix it” about 5 minutes pass and I ask this is acupuncture she then tells me no I don’t need that, I tell her that’s what I booked and paid for and she said no massage only. I told her I was not interested and she said “I give you $40 back because I already work for 10 minutes. I said no you give me $70 back! This conversation went on for 5 minutes then she told he next customer to transfer the money to me, this poor lady refused. I called my husband to come in and help, she refused to Transfer still and called I assume the owner and finally gave me my money back in cash. Myself, husband and their next customer all walked out. Absolutely disgusting. Be warned! DODGEY, Maybe The Tax office would like to pay a visit!!!!

Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional and the store is filthy. I had a massage performed by Sandra and when I informed her the stones are to hot there was nothing done about it. I had to request new towels because they were going to use the same towels on me that they had used on a previous client. I was was also informed that mineral oil is being used yet my friend who is a beautician informed me that mineral oil is bad for the skin. The walls are filthy and so are the floors. My friend received a massage and reflexology and I overheard the staff gossiping about her after she fell asleep worse of all my friend ended up with a wart on her foot after the treatment. I believe the poor hygiene standards from the employees may result in Covid contraction.

My wife has just enjoyed a 90 min full body & foot massage. Worked out all of the stress and discomfort. We highly recommend the care in service and the fantastic staff they have.

This place is a disgrace.The staff are rude, money hungry, very unreliable & would not know how to make anyone feel nurtured if they tried.I have given them a go on 3 occasions now but will never return now.1st time was ok bar the lady interrupting the massage by walking straight out mid massage a few times. Most of the massage was spent with her hand massaging my neck but her head hanging outside the curtain talking to another employee.2nd time I booked my husband in at 6pm on a Thursday night & it was shut when he got there. Very disappointing as he really needed a massage.I decided to give them one last go as it was my Birthday last week & nobody else could fit me in.I rang & booked myself & my daughter both a massage for 3.30pm. Then rang back to confirm closer to the time.We got there and the lady behind the counter tells us that there is only enough staff for 1 of us. Then a pushy bigger staff lady comes out ( leaving the guy she was massaging mid massage) to tell us she can do another massage if we wait 25 minutes.We didn't have time to wait. That is why we booked for the same time.So my daughter decided to just let me have one as it was my Birthday.I wish I didn't bother. It was the most amateur unenthusiastic massage I have ever had. And she said finish" when it ended & just left. I got up

I have been to quite a few massage places myself and to be honest, the Nambour Plaza one is the best so far. The massages I received were impressive with nice firm pressure which I like and the therapists have got my sore spots covered. The staff were polite and courteous, they may not speak satisfying English but it is the attitude that counts. I have always left the place happy and relaxed. Was in a lot of pain for many weeks. After my massage I've had little or no pain. Thankyou so much.

I had the neck, shouler, back and arm massage yesterday. I could honesty say it is one if the best massages I have ever had.I suffer with a lot of shoulder injuries and walked out if there almost pain free.

Rude, so rude. I called to book and was spoken to like a I was an animal. Clearly inconvenience to them trying to give them my money for a booking…..I was offering top dollar for a large booking and she yelled down phone and said “it book” and hung up on me……Save yourself and dont waist your time here, unless you want to be yelled at and deal with rude staff. Disgusting treatment
