Finding Olivotto was a simple Google search, as I needed an engineering report to determine if a wall in my apartment was load bearing or not. As I needed this report within a few days Marcel arranged for Josh to visit the apartment and from initial visit to final report the process was handled professionally, timely and with minimum stress. The cost was very reasonable, predetermined so never an issue with this either.Final outcome was been presented with all of the required drawings and the engineers certificate that the Strata required.With my positive experience I am happy to recommend Marcel and the team.
