FLAWLESS! Our wedding was so stress free with this incredible company. The admin team are a dream to work with, communication is beyond amazing. The set up on the day was absolutely magical and exactly my vision for the big day! Can't thank you all enough, for brining what was in my head for three years into life. It was all completely perfect and I HIGHLY recommend GC pop up weddings and will do to anyone who's getting married.

You were very thorough, organised and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We had complete trust in you and the team. Everything from the set up to the pack down was seamless! The flowers were gorgeous and just what we were after. The ceremony set up was beautiful and better than we could have imagined. The champagne tower was a hit with all of the guests! Ryan you were great behind the bar and helping with anything necessary. Rowena was truely incredible as our celebrant and really brought the ceremony to life. Tegan from Roost Film Co was amazing behind the camera and finding perfect moments to capture. I didn’t get to meet everyone else involved in setting up and packing down but everyone was great at getting stuck in and getting the job done. The set up inside the Hall for the reception was so much better than we expected it to be. Your team was very professional and friendly. We would 150% recommend you to all of our friends!

We had our wedding with Gold Coast Pop Up Weddings last November and had a wonderful experience. The pop up team were amazing to deal with, provided us with so much assistance to help us find our perfect venue for both our ceremony and reception and organised our day from start to finish to ensure it ran without a hitch. We met with the ladies in the pop up team at their office and found their communication in the lead up to our day was excellent. Even on the wedding day the coordinator was always at hand (even putting up with me being an emotional mess!). I highly recommend a pop up wedding and the GC Pop Up Wedding team- so easy and stress free :-)

Our wedding planning experience was completely stress free. Bree was always so prompt and efficient in responding to any queries we may have had. Whilst so many elements were included in the package we still had full creative direction. It has taken a while to find the right words following our July Wedding. We can't thank Bree and her team enough for the support through our wedding planning process. From the beginning Bree was very professional and supportive.Unfortunately 3 days out from our date we went into a snap lockdown. Bree was wonderful and took care of everything.
