From uplift to drop off they where always in contact with me. Specially with the trains not able to get to Townsville .Always kept me updated, couldn't ask for anything better. If I need to will use again. Both crews on pick up and delivery were great . Operation staff were great. Thank you for your great service

Friendly, helpful and prompt staff. Carefully shifted my furniture without a scratch. Deserves a 5 star but need to keep them on their toes!

We have used this service three times now and highly recommend them. They are always friendly, fast and efficient and after the nightmare of dealing with one of the services before finding this one, wouldn't use anyone else.

We have utilized Conroys for 2 removals, Ch. Towers to Innisfail and back again to the Towers, both times the guys that did the uplift and unload were incredible, nothing was an effort, furniture placed where we wanted, no breakages, prompt service and full understanding from the office to the job. We have nothing but praise for Conroy Removals and would recommend them to anyone doing a shift, I'd use them again if we had another change of scenery. Top blokes, reasonably priced and the guys are easy to talk to pertaining the uplift/unload.

Failed to turn up on booked day. No phone call. I got through to them after ringing on the day of the move only to be told i have been booked in twice for the day but no 1 will be coming. Lost a wholes days work . Their solution to the problem was they would then do the move on a Saturday which cost more per hour. Was told i would pay the same rate per hour . Was then told it would be extra per hour and that I had to pay for a minimum of 4 hours double the time booked. my only other option would be to take another day of work off losing more money and re-book with them next week. All in all lost a whole days work a large amount of my time and all i was left with was a 10c booking fee and my moving date pushed back a week. waste of time

Brilliant service, Great price. Very careful movers. I had moved a lot before, the care and packing of items was exceptional. Moved overseas without any scratches, dents or breakages.

Friendly and courteous; but slow, inexperienced, underprepared and lacked care for items moved. I am not confident all items will arrive intact and therefore will closely inspect all items on arrival.
