Only reason it doesn't get more stars is the inconvenience of catching your grey water and the unsitely 2.4 metre corrugated iron fence enclosing the entire showgrounds. Don't know if we were being locked in or something being locked out?

Easy stop over for the night. Amenities were clean and we didn't have to unhook. Dog friendly. Kids zoomed the main show arena on their bikes. The communication was a bit lax online but it was only $25 for the night for 2 adults and 2 children.

Stayed the night and was very impressed nice and quite, very clean amenities and a lovely caretaker who couldn’t be more helpful plus a nice town. Highly recommend staying at Kempsey Showground will be back.

Great little spot, Wayne the caretaker was very helpful and friendly, lost service with the phone so booked in via text so was stoked. Nice clean showers and toilets and the shower water pressure, amazing.

Great place to stay. New caretakers and they are fantastic, very helpful. Reasonably priced. Will stay there again.

Another great showground. Lots of room for travellers. Only down side was the charge for each child - all other Showgrounds have been a flat fee per site. Still cheaper than caravan park, so I shouldn't complain!!! A beautiful area!
