DO NOT GO HERE. Wow, I went here for my very first eyebrow henna (initially thought tinting would be good, but listened to who I thought was a professional). The manager didn't bother trying to find out what I wanted specifically for my eyebrows but just recommended henna because, well, that's more expensive. When she revealed my eyebrows, omg, it was like a 5 year old had gotten a light brown texta and scribbled over my eyebrows. Completely mismatched colour, not blended, and completely unnatural looking. I told the manager I wasn't happy. She kept trying to convince me that this massive colour discrepancy was normal and kept saying she would blend it. I was becoming more and more panicky the more she kept trying to fix this disaster she'd painted on my face. Instead of trying to calm me down and actually find out what I wanted, she just got increasingly snappy. I didn't feel I could work with her to have a happy outcome here. So I just paid (no way I was going to get my eyebrows threaded there as I'd intended initially). She just made me feel I was being a massive pain. Poor management of the situation. As someone who's worked in sales, I would suggest this woman get further training in how to find what's best for the customer instead of trying to just increase the bottom line. You get much more business if your customers leave HAPPY. She also needs more training in how to not paint on eyebrows like a child. If she'd been willing to work with me, I would have happily come back. But will never go back. Terrible customer service, I'd give 0 stars if I could

I like to have natural eyelash extensions and the girls at The lounge Beauty co do a fantastic job. I get compliments on how great my eye lashes look all the time.

Do not EVER USE THESE people/ company unless you want to experience 1 week of inflammation, redness and bruising to your eyes. .... I nearly ended up in hospital!!!!.Even my gp who has known me for 30 years has never seen anything like this. I've used refills many times over the years.NEVER, have I experienced so much excrutiating pain!!!. Even cold packs on my eyes did not help. They did not even compensate me for pain for 1 week. My doctors were shocked at the results. I paid 120.00 dollars when I just went in for basic eyelashes advertised for 90.00 dollars. I bought colour contacts x 2 normally 70.00 dollars each and I was told if I buy 2 they are 60.00 dollars each. So I paid for that as well only to find that the same contacts were sold on line for 50.00 dollars each???? I spent over 300.00 dollars only to walk away within 24 hrs with pain, bruising and inflammation!! Returned the next day showing them my eyes, the were surprised how bad I was..they also took pictures as I did prior to my arrival. I asked to have my money refunded and they couldn't do so.. asking me to contact their office They just said that they use very strong glue which to my surprise, half my eyelash came off next day...... they said my eyes had a reaction to their strong glue??? Really? wasn't strong enough to hold eyelashes within 24 hrs yet i nearly ended up in emergency!!!Do not go there unless you risk going to hospital and suffer A LOT OF PAIN. Especially when they removed the eyelashes next day. I lost my original lashes as well!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...TRUST ME.
