Bay Flowers & Gifts did the flowers for our wedding and I cannot fault a thing! My Wife and I had flowers sent to her parents in toogoom the florist was prompt and the flowers without seeing them as ordered over the phone were so beautiful. The flowers were for a friend of 45 years who passed away who was a close friend of my parents. The florist did a awesome job with the arrangement and the value was excellent. Thank you to the lady on the phone who did a great job in what was needed to make my parents feel special.

A HUGE thank you to Lara who helped me gift my partner with balloons for his birthday when I realised my original gift delivery arrangement was simply not going to turn up! I was so devastated and quickly called Lara and explained the situation - she simply said leave it with me' and organised AND hand delivered a beautiful bunch of balloons to his door step that same day!
