3 words (DON’T USE THEM) They are unreliable inconsistent and make promises that they can’t keep highly stressful,and very poor management overall.e.g they would ring 2/3 hours before the carer was due to commence shift only to be told that they were no staff available on a regular basis.

Feedback left on behalf of Lina, an Accept Care client:I’ve had Merelyne since I started with Accept and I’d just like to say she’s a fantastic person! She’s very caring, very attentive, and always turns up on time. She does everything for me and even helps me go down stairs because I’m visually impaired. I can rely on her and find her to be the most caring person I’ve ever had, and it’s made a huge difference. She’s absolutely fantastic and I’m very happy with what she does for me and with Accept Care.

The whole service was hit or miss im not saying I haven't had great performance from some and then I wasn't listened to properly by management and I ended up just being a money pit for there service the level of Incompetence was the final straw
