Worse service ever i would have given 0 star if it was possible ,,, they nicked me in 3 places and blood was coming while doing manicure and when i complained with owner she said my skin is so thin thay why that happened ,, i would never waste my money there ever again , very dissapointed

I know this place as serina nails.It's the best most reasonable priced nail place I have been to.I always leave happy.

The lady was very rude to me when all I asked was if she can cut one of my nails shorter. She snapped at me and said “can you just wait until the end!” Didn’t feel welcome at all in their salon wouldn’t go again.

Have been coming here for 8 years and Tegan is amazing! Not only do they always make time for you, they are considerate, patient and helpful. Always offer you a drink and remember who you are. My nails always last name never chip.I have gone to a LOT of other nail places in the last 10 years and I will always come back to these guys.

I'm so disappointed I wasted an hour here getting shellac nails, I dont care how cheap it is.... it is A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!It looks like a two year old painted them, I left with a very depressing smattering of colour smeared on my nail beds and a very spotty design of a deer on one nail. The older lady I can only assume was the owner did this and I'm really sorry but she was so nice in the beginning. I arrived as soon as the doors opened and no one else was there, was going well until she took over and people started coming into the shop, she didn't prep the surface properly and rushed. She kept on going to finish the deer but it was bleeding and wonky. You'll see from the pictures its embarrassing... I kept on saying 'can you please tidy it up', the salon was getting busy and I didn't want to embarrass her (she was getting frustrated either because she had too many people in the shop or offended that I wanted my nails done properly...), I just thought she'd make it better but it never happened. I gave up and left, felt like walking into the nail salon next door.... NEVER AGAIN. These ladies need glasses, better lights, of need to tell people they can't help them if they are not good at designs or smooth clean looking nails.

This place was recommended by a friend after a few dodgy manicures from other nail salons. Absolutely love this place! So friendly and such good prices for amazing quality. Won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Nails were wonky and they injured and cut my finger in the process

Worse service ever, my finger got infection after doing simple manicure and pedicure, and they have no responsibility, I’m sorry for them

Always a beautiful job by the ladies. Pedicures are fabulous!
