I bought 2 bassinets not long ago and 1 was great, but the other had a fault with the zipper. Sunbury were incredible and so helpful. They sent out a replacement one straight away and it was perfect. Very helpful and friendly!

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL OPEN? I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RING THEM FOR DAYS BUT CAN'T GET THROUGH?? I'VE ALSO EMAILED THEM AND NO LUCK??

11/10 Customer Service.I have a cot that was given to me when my son was born. The base sadly cracked (due to age and being loved by 2 families) so I rung Sunbury Nursery. Rachel and Michael went above and beyond to help me get a replacement base as the cot still has many years left.Customer Service like this is hard to come by and is something that is truely appreciated. I bought a convertible cot and a chest of drawers that also has a change table on top from SNF at the Melbourne Pregnancy, Babies and Children's Expo back in October 2022. The quality of furniture looked fine and is what we were after for our nursery. Now it's 1/12/2022 and we're yet to receive our order from this company. I understand that they're in Queensland and we're in a different state but at least have the common decency to have better communication skills and customer service. The lack of communication on their behalf can be a bit frustrating if they're saying our order is being sent on their delivery truck to us and will contact us on a preferred date and time. Every time I email them, they have nothing or nothing new to say other than the receptionist will be in touch. I just hope that the goods arrive in one piece and arrives before the end of the year so we can take them home and set it up.

I bought 2 bumprider connect strollers which are amazing as they can be individually used or connected with magnets for 2 babies/kids. Sunbury nursery (Michael), provides the best customer service I have ever encountered. They went out of their way to fix the clip to help keep the stroller folded even though it was out of warranty and I was not even charged. I highly recommend this company!

Michael, Katrina, Jacquie and Peter are absolutely fantastic and it's been a pleasure doing business with them over the past few years. Amazingly friendly and so happy to go above and beyond to help in any way. Highly recommend the staff and of course their innovative baby products.

Such a wonderful shopping experience with Sunbury Nursery furniture. I ordered Madison cot set at the expo this June and asked for delivery on Mid October. Then due to some reason I need to change it to early delivery on August. michael and the reception staff Liz was very patient and helped with make it changes in such immediate response. I got the products soon. And after installation, I felt the look and quality is amazing! Really want to introduce this brand to more people. Will not be disappointed.

Appreciate the speedy delivery! We ordered the Boston cot (with mattress) online on Mon, and received it in Sydney by Wed. The cot was easy to assemble and it looks amazing! Such good value for a convertible cot. Thanks Michael for your prompt response.
