Very friendly staff, however quite expensive for their cash sales, especially when charges “1st” rates for bricks which were defiantly seconds and when questioned they could not bring out another pallet. Ended up spending an hour sorting out bricks

I’ve just left PGH bricks, we are renovating and only needed 40 bricks to patch up our brick wall. Our house is over 40 years old and matching the bricks was not an easy task however Tim at PGH was awesome! Super helpful even tho I was only buying a small amount of bricks. He got his colleague Max to find some old bricks from a particular style that was most like my existing bricks and allowed me to hand pick the bricks to suit! Thanks Tim and Max your customer service and friendly nature was amazing, especially being a female in a brick yard with my young son in the car - superb and refreshing! Highly recommend :)

Terrible product. As a bricklayer using this product for the past 20 years, the quality over that time has been consistently poor. The bricks vary dramatically in size, they break easily, and have poor colour consistency. The company will tell you it’s a natural product, so these faults are to be expected. In reality, it’s just poor quality control. Speak with any bricklayer & the will agree, unless the are on the companies pay roll. If you are building, take the time to source a better product. The other option is to just render over the bricks.

As a bricklayer iv officially layed my last pgh brick I refuse to put my name on work that looks absolutely discussing because you can't keep the colour or the size right. You send out seconds and try pass them as firsts , pallets with different batch numbers eather give up or go for a tour of little Hampton bricks and learn how to do it right

Be careful with the address. GPS takes you to wrong place. Just call the friendly staff and they will explain you how to get there. Staff is extremely friend and very dedicate. They made the process so easy for us!!

Terrible customer service and completely inflexible! We needed some roof tiles to replace broken ones and called in on Saturday to collect. We were told they won't sell to us on the weekend and we needed to come back during the week. We then called on Monday to ask if we can have then delivered, to which we were advised they won't deliver for a small quantity. Finally, I asked my mother to go and collect the tiles as we were working. My mother arrived with 3 children in tow and was advised that she had to load all the tiles herself. When she asked for help - she was advised that company policy prohibited it. This is an absolute disgrace and appauling.

Went to pgh bricks on the 16th of may and had a terrific customer experience. The man who served us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and solidified our decision of bricks by also working 1 on 1 to see other options and colourways. Overall a impressive experience and has made our journey of selections that much easier and positive.
