When I purchased my land, the nature strip was not grassed properly and when notified I was given the answer:'I’d suggest possibly the damage was done when the lots either side were being constructed.'Shifting the blame to other's rather than taking responsibility. Take a look at the rest of Aspire Estate and you can see that there are not many nature strips were grassed properly by the developer. It's quite an eye sore, a few pretty parks isn't going to change that.
