Had to wait 3 hours and 25 minutes to receive a Telehealth phonecall today because my name “got missed”. So disappointed because this has been the best doctor I’ve found, but won’t be coming back now. Not worth sitting in a waiting room for over an hour every single time you need to see a doctor, or waiting for a phonecall for again, an hour + . I called the clinic 4 times, kept my cool, and they still did nothing. The afternoon receptionist is the opposite of helpful as well. Just got a “sorry, I’ll pass it on, bye.” Just because you ask for a phone call, doesn’t mean you have nothing better to do than watch your phone and wait for the call. Don’t understand why some doctors run so far behind every single day.

Dr. Roflo is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. She listens and very caring. Has been my doctor of choice for 10 years now, I am grateful that she’s working now near in my place.Nurse and receptionists are friendly and helpful too.

A fairly new clinic which provides an excellent range of services, including pathology, in a bright and airy new building. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received there. Like virtually every other clinic in Victoria I imagine, it is one busy place, of course.

My doctor was on leave and I made an appointment with another doctor who called in sick but reception quickly found another doctor and made the appointment for me. Very friendly reception staff and easy to talk to. Very happy with the service.

Dr Alexander is a great doctor, but you'll wait an hour or more to see her. As you would any great doctor. Waiting room is on the too small side. The clinic phone always goes straight to a recorded message, which still doesn't state where you've rung, then when the call finally gets to go through, the receptionists still say nothing and hit the hold button over and over, meaning you don't ever speak to a person. I used to be medical receptionist, and we always had to answer the phone at all cost, even just to say can you hold the line please". This procedure is so rude. I mentioned this to the Practice Manager months back

Disappointed that the doctors think it’s okay to charge for telehealth appointments when simply getting test results. A 37 second phone call and I’m charged the same amount as a 10 minute in-person consult. Not to mention sitting around waiting over an hour to get the call!

i went to somewhere else for my son and they didn’t treat him and told me he just had blocked eyes and to wash his face but i knew there was more to it, so i went to a new doctors and i wasn’t waiting forever ! he also believed it was just a blocked tear duct, when i mum knows she knows when her child eyes aren’t normal) he gave my child oil and lotion! how bad his eyes looked and even when there was no discharge he didn’t poke his eyes or make him cry like the other doctors i went too! my babies eyes are on the mend thanks to this practice, i’m not sure who i seen but he was a great respectful male doctor.

My daughter had her 4 month immunisation today and the nurse administering firstly had no social skills. One of the immunisation is administered orally, my daughter choked and stopped breathing for a good 30 secs and the nurse just stood there and did nothing!! I eventually needed to take action and tip my daughter upside down and pat her back until she started breathing again!There was no check in to see if we were okay, or any reassurance to say that it’s normal, nothing!I left feeling like I was left with someone with no experience and didn’t care for her patients!

I love that you are not kept waiting for an in necessary amt of time as you are at other clinics.Reception is friendly and efficientAnd my Dr is lovely, professional and a pleasure to deal with

First time patient experience was great. The doctor was lovely, informative and patient. The rooms were clean, new and non clinical (like most GP practices). The pathologist was absolutely amazing, gentle and friendly. And if it couldn't get any better the admin staff were friendly too! I would highly recommend Mernda Junction Clinic.
