They fixed my very sub par set of acrylics done by another salon. Beautiful work.

My mum and I both came to this salon together while visiting from QLD. I was needing infills and my mum got SNS manicure. I was talked into SNS over gel (later I realised this was probably due to the higher price of the SNS) however it was sold to me that it was the better options due to the higher content of calcium and minerals which will help my generally weaker nails. The couple who worked there would bicker the entire time we were in the chair which was super awkward but my now concern is that my natural nails were filed down to absolute oblivion. I didn't notice how little of my real nail was left until a week later when my nails started to split horizontally about a 1/4 of the way down my real nail which has been INCREDIBLY painful. I have trimmed them all down now to prevent anymore painful breakage but as each nail slowly breaks away I can now see how thin and brittle my nails now are. They were filed way too thin. That now my natural nails are very sensitive and sore to the touch. I have been getting my nails done on and off for years and this is by far the worst set I have ever had not even close to worth the $65 I paid for them and now the extra cost of nail treatments to strengthen my nails to prevent further damage.Now my mums nails, (pictures of all the above available as well), my mum has now developed an infection in her nail since having them done. My mum rarely has her nails done and this was a treat for her qhile on holidays and now she is needing to go to the doctor to have this infection sorted out.I don't love giving negative reviews but in the instance that I have been left in pain from this service and my mum with an infection I absolutely need to speak up so that others don't encounter the same.

The most horrible experience I've ever had. I asked for acrylic and shellac on my natural nail, they used the drill that much the broke some of my natural nails. The acrylic was placed on so rough and horrible. Painting of shellac was extremely uneven. I was left with sore hands and shellac everywhere over my skin. I would never go back, staff were very unfriendly and didn't listen. Very disappointing.

Not good, I got gel nails ,left with cuts all around 1 finger,glue all around all fingers gel over my skin on my thumbAnd the lady went way to hard with the drill cutting up around my cuticles not a pleasant experience , I won't be going back

Wouldn’t recommend. A gentleman did my nails, a full set acrylic with shellac. Acrylic was messy and lumpy around my cuticles, nails began to lift after 1 week, shellac also began to chip. He also really hurt me while using the drill -when I jumped because of the pain he was really rude about it. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Now with New owners, so happy with the friendly service recieved, good prices and the efficient and professionally nail work done, I'll be back for refills. Relaxing pedicure with the New equipment, at least all Massage chairs work! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Lady took a photo of me before she did my pedicure. Her husband was angry, kept pulling my hands and growling at me. He made my fingers bleed, I left with sore hands, dry skin around my nails and he was ignorant.

I get my nails done every two weeks and I’m so glad to have this salon so close to home. New owners have made massive changes.I always get different designs and they nail it every time.
