We purchased our house from Carl in 2016, when it came to selling it recently, we didn't hesitate in going direct to Carl to help us sell, due to the positive experience we had when he sold us the property. Carl achieved an excellent result, and was available at every stage to answer any questions we had. If you are thinking of selling, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't enlist Carl from Haven Estate Agents to do this for you.

I engaged Carl as an agent for my property and it was nothing short of a nightmare! Completely unprofessional. He would never return my calls or emails, in fact, he would only answer if I called from an unknown number! He missed multiple, major and very obvious damages on the exit report and even failed to lodge some to the RTA, leaving me out of pocket for repairs. He did not address issues with the tenant but was more than happy to take full payment of his fees each month but when it came to even acknowledging an email, he was not interested. Steer well clear of this agency if you value your property! Absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves!

As a current Tennant, of Haven Estate Agents, they are by far the best Agents I have dealt with in Australia. They are very accommodating & easily contactable via text/email/phone and response time amazingly fast. They really care about their Tennant's as well as their landlords. Haven manages my rental and they put in tremendous effort and make time as if they owned the properties themselves. If I go to rent again in the future I would rent through Haven with pleasure or with future investment properties I would let Haven manage my rentals without hesitation.

Applying for a rental house, Carl was smooth, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend to any Landlord's looking to have their property managed.

As a tenant the rental process and then a recent Break Lease process were handled systematically and professionally.Both Agents are very approachable, they is ten, they discuss and they act accordingly .Both Agents are reliable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this agency as either a tenant or a landlord.BrianI

I imagine these guys to be very professional towards their property owners but as a tenant especially during my first year moving to brisbane and during covid we did not have this experience at all. Same issues as all other tenants that left 1 star.

So refreshing to find a real estate with such a committed team and who treat everyone with such authentic Customer Service. Thank you for rebuilding my confidence when dealing with real estate agents! :)

Haven were the most unprofessional agent's I have ever dealt with. Impossible to get a reply from them and they would constantly ignore emails and calls. I would recommend to never using this agency. Very disappointing.
