Purchased a product online, order was confirmed & I received a tracking number and shipping updates. Received a 'refund notification' but no explanation. I enquired a few days later & was told me order was cancelled due to no stock. Would've been nice if they communicated that rather then sending shipping updates.

Chose this store to order products needed as it was the only site I could find that sold both items so eliminated the need to place multiple orders. Received confirmation that my order was being prepared, but then the next day received an email stating they had cancelled the order. The only reason given - “unforeseen circumstances”. Have requested further information. Still waiting… and of course had to place multiple orders elsewhere. Won’t be using this site again
