Pete and the team at BellCorp have been phenomenal when starting the process to rent out my investment property. From first call onwards, Pete advised me on small cosmetic changes to increase the rental ROI of my property. An excellent experience as a landlord.

My experience with Pete from Bellcorp to sell my home this year was very poor and disappointing to say the least. I initially chose Pete as he was referred by a family friend.Pete would only conduct open homes when he considered there to be enough online interest/enquiry to justify having one. It’s common knowledge to have weekly open homes to generate interest and people through the door.I was also unhappy that the paid drone footage of my house (for marketing purposes), showcased the agent himself in his cowboy attire instead of focusing solely on the property.After months of reducing the price and still not selling my home, there were no new suggestions, strategies/solutions by Pete and therefore I believe I lost up to $100k in potential profit.As soon as I put my written notice in to end our contract after 4.5 long months, Pete stopped answering my calls and I waited days for his email responses. Pete would not allow me out of the contract even though he was no longer actively selling my house and it was off the market. This demonstrates unprofessional & spiteful behaviour. I then discovered that Pete is not well known in the industry at all.During this time Pete only brought in one legitimate offer for my house - whereas my new agent brought in 7 offers within 1.5 WEEKS. This highlighted to me that I would’ve likely sold my house for it’s maximum had I gone with a different agent.Perhaps Pete should consider additional training or stick to rental management.This experience with Pete has taken it’s toll emotionally & financially. Overall, I would not recommend him to anyone.
