To the lady whom works at this BP whom helped out a very tired mother after having a horrid night with my baby and was a few cents short for an iced coffee to help me get through the work day, thank you what an absolute angel you are bless you, people like yourself restore my faith in humanity. Cannot thank you enough!

There Back. Great Coffee and great Service

Treated like an absolute criminal this morning as I had accidentally left my wallet at home offered the counter staff my $600 mobile phone until I returned with my wallet as a gesture of good faith. Was told straight up “we don’t do that here” and told as soon as I leave the premises the police would be notified as a “drive away” I returned in a matter of minutes and paid for the $20 petrol and tried to express my feelings as I felt like I had committed a major crime to be cut off by the attendant who had made no efforts of showing empathy. Can guarantee I will never return there for food, drinks or petrol ever again. I’m a customer not a criminal. Hope everyone reads this and thinks twice about going there.

It was 01/02/2023, around at 9 pm, the lady was so rude. She definitely needs to do some training about customer service. Otherwise this Bp will not be our local bp.

Waited 10 mins for service when clearly no one was in the shop but me and another gentlman. The service attendant obviously was to engrosed in her conversation with the man and ignored to serve me asap instead continuing her coversation and ignoring me. I was waiting to pay for my fuel bill. Bad customer service.

Waited and waited for service .Did not ask for loyalty card .Huffed when I presented my card on my phone as they already rang up fuel for payment .I have never been treated like that by any other BP servo

Convenient location for a fuel station. The price of fuel is great for the area too, always competitive.

Small petrol station only accessible from two roads bring the slip lane into goodna from the Ipswich motor way exit to Gailes or Bertha Street, quick service, good coffee, clean and new station. Overall good experience.

Very poor customer service the blond guy very upset and angry at customers
