We ordered the hot rock platter for two ($85). Amongst the small amount of food served, there was 3 prawns, 3 pieces of fish and 3 scallops. Odd numbers on a plate for 2 and I highly doubt there was 180g of steak. Both hot rocks were not hot enough to cook the food. It didn't sizzle at all and just sat on the rock hardly doing anything. After nearly 10 minutes and only the calamari having barely cooked, I asked for hotter rocks, the waitress didn't want to do it until I pointed out that the food was still raw. She eventually returned with one rock that was hot enough to cook and the other one still not, whch was given to me. No doubt because I made the complaint. I eventually asked for another hot rock and by the time it arrived, we'd been there for 1.5 hours. The service was poor right from the start. The photo is how much the first stones had been able to cook the food.

I ate here nearly every day without fail whilst in Airlie the past week. The food was spot on and all my mates loved it too, I think I’ve ate everything on the menu and have 0 complaint. Cheap high quality food BIG PORTIONS TOO!! Abbie the owner is by far the gem to this place closely followed by the food. Best eggs Benedict in town hands down!! Abbie also makes a crackin coffee

Really enjoyed my experience here! I had the calamari and risotto and they were both delicious. The portion sizes were generous and the staff were friendly as well. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

I order 2 coffee To-Go and it took them 12mins to make it. Even though there were only 2 tables occupied in the whole cafe. Appreciate your efforts-just 2p managing whole. But the service is bit slow.

I don’t understand why this restaurant can still be able to be running in this beautiful Airlie beach! Worst service ever! I paid $42 for a hot rock 200g grass feed eye filet. Taste like a $10 steak from the supper market! Please check the stone in the attached photo. I don’t know if it’s a Caesar stone which is definitely not suitable for cooking food as it’s supposed to be your bench top in the kitchen and made of materials with chemicals! Please invite Gordon Ramsay to have the kitchen nightmares show in here! Don’t go! Don’t go! Don’t go

Services not great, Can't do a proper mocha, black tea infused for too long, avocado on toast not actually on toasts with zero added value and in DIY setup, and nourish bowl had too big pieces of fruits making it uncomfortable to eat. I regret coming here for breakfeast, there's far better options in Airlie.

After a long walk on a main street nothing beats the coffee here @Village Cafe! Great location right before Woolworths. I was mesmerized with the service! I just had a cappuccino and it was served few moments after sitting! It was served with a smile. It such a relief! This is Exactly what I’m after for. A local experience that you can only get here.I didn’t have the chance to get their names but I do sure received warm smiles and hospitality! Kudos to the team! I do hope to visit Airlie Beach again. See us again!

The Breakfast was awfully cold and the lady completely forgot our drinks.After asking for the juice we ordered it was brought out very quickly.I then asked about my coffee that I had ordered when we walked in and the lady continued to clear a table before making it so I eventually got my coffee 10 minutes after finishing our entire meal.Not very good service considering there was only 5 people in the whole restaurant at the time we had breakfast. :(
