Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Price in-store was well above price online. Would recommend you ring for price, then check online and click and collect to get online price.

Poor customer service. Went in looking for shoes, 2 people at customer service desk one other person in store and yet no one came over to assist. You want the sale - how about improving your customer service.

Went in to look at purchasing a crossbow, found one I wanted and told the staff member I'd be back in three weeks to buy it along with other gear when I fly back from work. He said that was fine. I continued browsing their store when one staff member thought I'd left and decided to talk crap about how he hates it when idiots come in looking at Sh$& and fu#% off and continued he's rant. Sorry but you missed out on the sale of a $1400 crossbow.

Big store with lots of gear on offer. I was a bit perturbed by the hats and masks for sale on the back wall though....that's a personal thing I guess, I'd prefer not to see replica/look-alike hats/gas masks from WWII and also seem to look like they're meant to be from the various countries involved. But, my hubby got exactly what he needed there which was some doo-whacky-thingy and then we were out quick. Lovely man was running the store that day - I assume owns it and was friendly and quick with service.
