Really enjoyed my stay, I felt so welcomed and looked after when I arrived. The breakfast meal was delicious, best bacon and eggs I've had in a long time. The room had all the amenities and was very clean and spacious. I'll definitely be looking to stay again on my next visit to Katanning.

You get the benefit of a private motel like room and ensuite, clean, tidy and comfortable with the friendly, personal touch of the owners, Louise and Theo, cooking you breakfast. Highly recommended if you are visiting Katanning for business or pleasure.

Great place to stay in Katanning. Rooms were clean and ensuite, different themed room (the africa room is really nice), hosts were lovely and cooked us a good breakfast to order. Hosts were easy to deal with and the surrounding area was nice, next to a lake (some nice chairs to enjoy sunset watching the lake) and the backyard was also nice.

Stayed elsewhere, but our friends were staying here. Joined them for breakfast. Oh wow! Beautiful hosts, delicious food and so so friendly. Definitely recommend this amazing gem of a fine

Fantastic place to stay if you’re out Katanning way. Rooms are fully stocked with comfy bed, comfy seating and nice relatively modern finish.Lovely service and hospitality from hosts Louise and Theo is second to none! I had to be on the road early the following morning for work so wouldn’t have time for the normal breakfast side of things yet Louise made sure I was catered for and made up a fully stocked continental brekkie instead.Would loved to be back next time I’m in the area!

Pure excellence. Beautiful African room. The bed was very comfortable. Louise and Theo looked after us as if we were Royalty! Breakfast was delicious. Thank you to both of you for your wonderful service. We enjoyed staying there and loved meeting you!

Lovely, welcoming and approachable owners. Rooms are comfortable and always clean. Free wifi and free cooked breakfast on request. I’d highly recommend, whether you’re frequent or first time travellers to the town.
