Nice clean swimming pool with heated indoor and outdoor pools, lovely staff. I really enjoy my daily lap exercises, I come between 12-3 and it's mostly empty everyday so I get whole lanes to myself.

Love this possibility to swim laps when working at Roselands Shopping centre. Have been attending over many years on and off but it seems there is always upgrading needed and are never completed. Huge difference from other pools in Sydney especially the Ladies change rooms which currently are atrocious. Please do something about this and consider being summer we must have these jobs completed. Thank you.

I’m 70 years old and I was bullied by a staff member and when I expressed my opinion I was ordered to get out of the pool and go to the desk my membership was cancelled for three months I had been going to for seven years to Canterbury pool no problem and because it had to close for renovations I switched to Roselands.

I loved the indoor pool with the seat to lower and raise people in and out of the water. I had a hip replacement and didn’t feel comfortable about jumping into the pool or using the ladder to get out. The lifeguards were lovely and more than willing to help.The temperature of the water was perfect and I enjoyed using one of the lap lanes to swim for an hour or so at around midday when it wasn’t busy.I’ll be making this a regular event. One of the best public pools I’ve ever used.

The place needs a serious upgrade all round. After speaking with the mayor of Canterbury he claimed it was upgraded but nothing was done for the children. All they upgraded was a canteen and office to suit management. They have 7 lanes operating for lap swimming and stick all the children, teenagers and parents in a corner like a pack of sardines. My wife entered the ladies change rooms and said it felt like she was in a 3rd world country. After speaking with the lady on the counter, her customer service really needs some attention. Going through these reviews really says everything we have experienced in the centre.

I enrolled my kids for swimming pool programs before one month and they confirmed that they will contact me in mid of December. I keep calling and always say just wait,we will send you emails and you have spot. I called today and they said no spot .My voucher expires today and I can't use it any way.They are not professional. I am very disappointed,even my kids.

Good and right place just infront of big roseland shopping centre has a lot of car parking and has a 4 big swimming pool. For kids, a small pool outside was fantastic.
