Worth seeing the lake. . Located right next to the main highway from Adelaide to Port Pirie. Great views over the whole lake. .

Some place like a dream world. The pink color is gorgeous！！！Stand in the lake and take your amazing pictures. Must choose a sunny day to go，the cloud flection is really beautiful！

The lakes changes with every trip I do. This time I found something new living in the lake. The new Lochness Monster". Good to see that the original one is still there even if looking a little worst for wear. She's my favourite of the two. Good place to stretch your legs. Plenty of shade in the carpark. If you can't walk on the lake

As mentioned by others a dumping ground. Could be a beautiful green space. Never understood why Australia didn't market Australian pink salt.

I have been this place for many times which I can’t remember exact number. If u wanna visit, make sure don’t come at a later afternoon or early morning, because the lake won’t show that much in pink. Also, avoid coming in summer time, most likely the lake would be dry. I suggest spring and later autumn will be the best time visiting this place at definitely lunch time when the sun is at the top.

The lake was pretty pink the day we happened to pass it via lochiel. However, the colour changes pretty much throughout the day.

Bumbunga Lake lookout
The lake has become a dumping ground. Very disappointed and sad to see it. Authorities should try to recover it. Such waste of nature.
