Great advice for buying my first surfboard. Ed talked me out of buying a more advanced and expensive board and so glad he did cause I wouldn't have been able to catch a wave. Instead sold me a cheaper soft board which was perfect for my skill level. Cheers!

Refused to refund, size purchased was not a standard 32, would have changed to other size but didn't have in stock. Only offered to swap to the value even though it was the very next day after purchasing, I didn't want anything else. Majority customers would be out of towners so they don't care.
