Sofie at Snooze Launceston was so lovely to deal with and made the purchase of our new bed so easy. We love it and were also happy with the delivery and install.

This is our third purchase from snooze and every time we have had wonderful service and products have been of high quality. Our most recent purchase was made very easy by lovely Marita. Marita was friendly and helped us choose a mattress that best suited our needs and budget, as well as ensured we received a great price. Thanks to the team at snooze, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We will continue coming back and recommending to others.

Sofie has been fantastic with our purchases over the years. Most recently updating our Master Bedroom. We purchased the M3 bedgear plush mattress, upholstered bedframe and accessories.My husband & I had been instore many times trying mattresses and walking away overwhelmed. Sofie was able to suggest mattresses matching both our preferences and cut through our questions or concerns.We narrowed it down to two mattresses and surprisingly liked the feel of the plush M3 bedgearIt’s been over a month now and we absolutely love this mattress, pillows and bedframe. My daughter purchased a bed from here. Throughout it has been wonderful service, from picking the right bed and mattress to delivering.The delivery guys even agreed to fix it up for her at a nominal cost charged by the store.

Snooze Launceston was one of the nicest shopping experiences had. Kelly and the team were so easy to work with. We needed a mattress quick smart and they didnt waste our time with products that werent suitable. Kelly was warm, professional and attentive during our visit and didnt rush us into a purchase like so many retail staff do. She let us take our time, gave us honest answers to everything we needed and prioritised the delivery of our new bed.The mattress has also been incredibly comfortable and was very reasonably priced. Dont bother with Koala or Onebed - they are more expensive and not nearly as comfortable.

Purchased a new Queen mattress from Snooze in early 2022, after our house guests complained of a poor sleep on our old spring and foam topper. Sofie made it genuinely fun to purchase our new mattress - knowledgeable, engaging - we purchased and had it delivered same day. Great service, thank you!

We purchased a new mattress from Snooze Launceston a while ago & were really impressed with the trouble they went to, to get us the right fit. We’ve now returned for three new beds. From selection, to delivery & much appreciated assembly, we cannot fault the team at Snooze. Very happy with our new beds.

Perfect service from start to finish, I ordered online and was immediately contacted about options and delivery time frames. I was regularly kept up to speed with the progress of my order. When I went to pick it up Andrew packed my bed frame into my ute like it was a precious baby bird. I would have accepted a dent or scratch here and there as collateral damage because I didn't spring for delivery, but that wasn't good enough for Andrew! What an amazing team. I was even running late and they were nothing but understanding. Great great great

In reference to the customer service received at Snooze Launceston by staff member Sofie. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile which made us feel comfortable straight away. Sofie was very professional and was very knowledgeable with all products. It was a fun experience going through all the different comforts available to suit our needs. We are very happy with the new mattress that Sofie helped us choose. We highly recommend Snooze for your next bed or mattress.

Hey guys. Just wanting to let you know that the Launceston store was amazing when we brought our bed. Marita I think her name was, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was polite, kind, helpful and highly knowledgeable. She went to great lengths and patience to help us find the right bed for us. The right firmness for both of us and the best fit for our bed frame. No time limit was too great and no amount of mind changing and um and ahring was too much for her. She helped us to the end. If we weren't keen on something, she wouldn't push. She would suggest or show us something else that she believed we would like. She was so focused on us and what we wanted with out bias. We highly recommend her and the Launceston store. We greatly appreciate what Marita has done for us. ;-) Thank you so much
