Sterling Products

I recently had an amazing experience with the Team, in particular Elizabeth at customer care team and Max from their warehouse. I looked up a product (Altitude shower shelf) on their website and wanted to place an order, however the dimension on the description does not match the product I was looking for. I called the office, Liz has been so helpful in answering all my queries and after I expressed my concern it might not be the right product, Liz and Max took extra time and effort and measured up the product for me, it turns out the exact product I was looking for. I am so impressed with the time and effort they took in helping me on a small order. Having dealt with trades and suppliers all my professional life, I can say I have seen a huge variation. My experience with Sterling Products team is refreshing and impressive. Thank you.
