Puzzlez Early Learning Centre is an exceptional centre run by professional, caring well trained staff. The programs are innovative and engage the children who learn through structured play. The surroundings offer safe and interesting stimulation for children of all ages. The centre has a focus on all aspects of school readiness including social/emotional and academic. A fabulous environment for growth and development.

Great staff, the centre is very clean and hygienic. The reception area is always clean and calming when you walk in. My grandson has learnt so much and has made some lovely friends there. Very friendly place. I’m very impressed!

We have been sending our 2 year old here for a few months and cannot speak highly enough of the calibre of educators and the genuine care that they have shown to our son as he has been getting used to the new routine. I would recommend Puzzlez to anyone who is looking for a place to send their child to a place that takes their role in the care and especially education experiences of your children.

I couldn't be happier my son's attendance was terminated. He started to not like entering the centre. Elise is the face of the centre who is rather dry, I dont think I've ever seen her crack a smile, And Tegan who is the face behind the computer who you will very rarely see unless she wants to try and intimidate you. Tegan claimed my daughter (who was meant to commence care in their centre, thank God she didnt go for a single day) has medical episodes" with not supporting documentation from any Medical practitioner. My daughter has a speech and developmental delay (undiagnosed as she isnt even 2) she definitely does not have medical episodes. They are full of lies and fabrication. I would not accept anyone who is not qualified to say this about my beautiful girl. I stood my grounds and Tegan didn't like it and because I refuse to stay quiet about this infront of parents they terminated my son. Thank you so much Tegan! My children are both in other centres and settled in so well. My son has excelled with in just a couple of weeks at his new centre. He is writing his first and last name. He didnt even know the first letter of his name at puzzlez. My children's new centre's are perfect for them and I couldn't be happier. Elise also tried to with hold my bond for not returning a swipe key

As a mother who presently sends her child to Puzzlez and has done so for the last 2 years since the day puzzlez first opened their doors and after a very bad experience with another local daycare. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with the service, staff, environment and educational day to day activities and opportunities that have been presented to my child. My child is exceeding way past his age bracket. Every morning we are greeted with a smile and open arms. The processes that were put in place while this dreaded pandemic has been going on has kept my child safe and I don’t believe for one second that any child attending puzzlez has been put in any situation that was unsafe! I have also had situations arise beyond my control but with clear communication with the centre manager we were able to sort it all out, communication is key and I have never experienced any rudeness. Honestly puzzlez is amazing and I’m glad they are looking after my child. Highly recommended without a doubt.

My 2 little ones have been attending Puzzlez for almost 18 months. We are lucky to have been at such a supportive and understanding centre throughout Covid. The team have nurtured the kids and allowed them to adjust to the new way of live without creating fear or discomfort. The professionalism but kindness of the employees including the Director never goes unnoticed. I dread the day my kids are grown up and we no longer play a role at the Puzzlez Family!
