Warning do not use this Company!Read all reviews on review websites before proceeding, I contacted this company to repair a water leak in my roof. Being female and not knowing anything about plumbing, I was advised upfront repair $685.00 and after a 15 minute job the repair was made. My husband when returning from work checked the repairs later that day as he was surprised at the price of the work. Turns out I was charged for a repair Leaking Pipe - Internal 20mm Copper". Unfortunately we have been advised that we have rehau piping in our roof not cooper and the pricing is incorrect (copper is more expensive) I did not have a 20mm copper leak that was required to be repaired I had a 20mm rehau pipe leak that needed to be repaired a price difference of over $400.00. I have attempted to contact the company everyday to obtain an itemised invoice which they are refusing to provide and to speak to the operations manager who is never available and won't return calls to see if it was a genuine error. No one will speak to you

Went to get assistance unscrewing a basic 2 canister under sink water filter that was unreasonably tight (Had their sticker on it), They took the canister and unscrewed it and then decicively charged me $25 which wasn't mentioned prior to it being done, Guy says that he has a sign stating the charges right at the other end of the car park ie right at the back of the property (I was parked at the front) and that you can't expect a plumber to work for free, However I didn't really expect it to cost $25 to unscrew a couple canisters a 1-2 minute job, Would never have agreed to that charge and would have walked straight out if it had been stated.Stay clear from this company just go to bunnings and buy something user serviceable or find another company, The guy started having a go at me because they insisted that I pay and I told them that I'd pay but leave a bad review then, I should have just walked out without paying, I'm pretty sure I would have likely been legally able given I wasn't made aware of the charge and what was done.

We had a Brivis central heating unit installed by this company. After 6 months it stopped running. (5 year warranty). We called them and they wanted $170 to come and check ‘the mistake was not theirs’ in installation!!We called Brivis and they talked us through resetting the thermostat and unit - no charge!

Great service, friendly workers. Fixed our blocked drain, checked for leaking pipes, now looking at fixing our roof.

Our company just lost over 3 days of trading profit thanks to these guys. What supposed to be a regular maintenance check of 30 min ended up 3 days of business shutdown. We have been blocked form email or phone communication. We barely made thru covied now we are closed. This is not fair

We had a water leak from what looked like our shower base. We called them out and the person they sent said it was not the shower but a pipe leak, and it would be best to pay for a water leak detection service to pin point the leak. They came the next day with the equipment at a cost of around $800 and after 10 minutes said that there was no pipe leak and that it was the shower base. They were incompetent and made us pay for a service we didn’t need and that really they didn’t carry out.Avoid these scam artists.

To whom it may concern, I have reported an issue with the Mildred shut off device that you installed with water heater no less than 4 times, on each occasion I am told they will contact me to no avail! How many more times do I have to contact you before you attend to the problem? Bruce Outback.
