Very lovely hosts! Ant was extremely helpful with further bookings, information around town and even dinner reservations. Our room was nice and light, clean with a very comfortable bed! Water pressure was a bit low in the shower.Highly recommended, good value! Thanks for the nice stay!

The property wasn’t clean upon arrival, the shower head in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I even wonder how they can get away with that. For the amount paid, that’s a rip off. Room doesn’t look anything like in the pictures, very misleading.

Compact room, nice and clean. Queen bed, couch, table & chairs, spare pillows & blanket, fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Stores topped up daily. Friendly staff. Great location in the centre of town, walking distance to most shops & places to eat.

The room was clean and tidy. For a simple standard room in a 3-star motel, it did seem overpriced compared to other accommodation of equal or better quality (same star-rating) that I experienced over this same holiday period. The website continues to promote the on-site cafe which was not open at all, and unfortunately the Black Swan was closed for a private function. The Motel was in easy walking access to the shops, beach and historical sites.

This budget motel comes with v clean comfy bed, good shower, nice 32 in flat tv and right opposite a lovely garden cafe for brekkie, all in main street. Only drawback was antiquated toilet suite. Can recommend as value for money.

The motel was very nice. The rooms could do with a little bit of work, but overall they are lovely. The staff were very friendly, and helpful.

Our 3 night stay at the Guichen Bay Motel was faultless.Being in the main Street, It was extremely quiet.Room was spotless, had everything that was needed.Though we didn't catch up with owner's due to Covid, the cleaner was floating about each morning who was most helpful if needed.I'd rate it as my 1st 5 star Motel.
