Thankyou for the beautiful basket of aust natives and box of flowers we picked up last saturday, to take to cemetery. Was so lovely and helpful as we were from Qld and gave us a map and marked where our dear friend was buried. We thank you so much

What on earth happened here? I understand items being out of stock and substitutions but this arrangement is an awful attempt and an eyesore! A bouquet would have been better. And for $120 I would expect more. Very unsatisfied

If I could put 0 stars, i would! Absolutely rude to customers. I asked for Flowers to be delivered and got a disgusting response.Would not recommend this place at all!

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. I ordered my flowers at 10-30 and they were delivered by 12. Highly recommend.

Disgusting service.We were picking up flowers, ribbon and cards for a funeral. Older lady there had a go at me for wanting to count the cards to make sure there was 12. How dare I want to double check to make sure. She felt the need to speak to my partner and my self incredibly rudely. And told us that we wouldn't be able to find cards anywhere else. We felt like if we didn't buy the cards, she was going to withhold the flowers. Mind that the funeral was 2 hours away so we had no choice.Hopefully you (reader) have a nicer time than we did.The other worker under this rude woman was quite lovely.

Best florist in town huge selection of fresh and specialty flowers as well as natives. Everything for all occasions compassionate and helpful staff for funeral flowers regular trips to market to offer customers new styles and colours. Something to suit everyone very happy with their service.
