I get these guys back every year and they never fail to impress. It's a messy job that no one else wants to do!! So I get a professional clean but also service, and if nec. replacement or repair of parts and the BBQ looks brand new. What a marriage saver !

BBQ rescue is an absolute expert on BBQ topics. I needed a special spare part for the everdure stirling. This is not available in Germany. Garry advised me intensively and together we found the right product. The communication and support was sensational. The delivery was extremely fast. I cannot recommend Connie and John highly enough. Connie is a fantastic communicator and was highly organised with arranging our booking. John was super friendly and was great at explaining what was wrong with our BBQ. He managed to complete some maintenance on the BBQ and thankfully we didn't require parts to be replaced. They offer good old fashioned quality service, so make sure you tell your friends!

A wonderful job - everything about BBQ Rescue was very professional from our initial phone call to the actual technician who made our BBQ look and function like new. Our BBQ was a mess as we use it a lot. BBQ Rescue (Gary) came and did a great job & now it is like new again. We get it cleaned at least once a year. This will help it last longer.

Outstanding service! Firstly got a call from a nice lady who carefully took down all my details and gave a 2 hour window (2pm to 4pm) that the technician would arrive at. She also called the day before as a reminder and to confirm the booking. The technician arrived at 2pm on the DOT. He was a very nice fellow, very professional and clearly knew his trade inside out. Can't give enough great feedback on Barbecue Rescue! I'd give 6 stars if I could! I recommend them to everybody.

Connie. Just wanted to say how impressed we are with the job John and the team did resurrecting our large built in BBQ. The valves, burners and knobs all needed replacing. I had thought we would need to buy a new BBQ, but instead at half the cost your team have cleaned and rebuilt it as new. It is now gleaming and working perfectly. Good for many more years.
