Concord Foot Clinic

I have been having really bad fungus on my toe nails for years and not once they have fixed the issue. All they do is cut my nails off to get rid of the fungus and leave me with no toe nail to replace. Ever since that they have cut these nails off the fungus keeps coming back and they never told me how to resolve the issue. I wear close shoes all the time because I have a full time job and previously I worked in a supermarket and fast food store so it was compulsory for me to wear these shoes.I won’t be coming back to this clinic at all.Thanks to you I will have to go and see my doctor now to resolve this issue and your clinic will be mentioned at this appointment about how you didn’t even seem to care about your patients.I wasted a lot of time and money on you guys to fix it. Definitely will not be coming back at all

I am delighted with the care that I received for extreme foot pain that was starting to impact quite significantly on my life.After consultation I was recommended an orthotic and better walking shoes as well as the opportunity to think about it and get back to them if I wanted to proceed.I decided to forge ahead with the monetary outlay and was so pleased I did. Within a few days of having the orthotic I was already walking less painfully and within a week noticed not only the foot pain had subsided but the constant niggle in my lower back/hip was also less of an issue.I am very happy to be a patient of The Foot Clinic

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and had never had a problem. Since the new owners have taken over I have had three appointments and two of them had issues -one I was told had to be changed because the practitioner wasn’t going to start in time to see me and worse than this, my last was going to be cancelled as the practice was going to be closed-after I had an appointment for four weeks!So you win -I give up and am moving on! Found another clinic in Concord who keep appointments and treat me like an actual customer and not a nuisance

Siobhan was very professional and skilled in the procedure on my toe. Her follow up visits were excellent and I am very happy with the end result.

Wouldn't recommend. Walked away feeling used. She was very friendly but the actual amount of help she was was very minimal. She gave me two stretches, one of which I have already been doing a more complex version of for weeks. She didn't write down the actual stretches or tell me how long to do them for. Then she mentioned orthotics without explaining much about them other than the cost ($700+). They told me not to come back unless I want the orthotics. They also quoted me during the session but what they actually charged me at the end was higher. After all the frustration and financial cost of injuries preventing me from running and walking this was very upsetting and felt like a waste of time and money. Will be looking for a new podiatrist.
