Elly is a beautiful soul. Both her yoga classes and massages have been very therapeutic and rejuvenating experience.

The best massage I have ever had! Elly listened to what I wanted and provided exactly what I needed and more. She communicated well exactly what she was going to do and work on. Elly made me feel very comfortable by inviting me to relax with some deep breathing and bringing my awareness into the moment to enjoy receiving. The massage she provided had the perfect pressure while she took my nervous system and level of stress into account and gave me a balance of remedial and relaxation massage. I loved how she would work on trigger areas but smooth out the tension by spreading herself around.

Elly was very professional throughout the booking process and intake of my health history. Her treatment space was very inviting and the massage table clean and comfortable. Elly’s techniques used during my massage were so nice. I tried to stay awake so I could be present for every stroke of the massage but it was so relaxing I found myself dipping in and out of sleep. My problem areas were addressed thoroughly and with great care. The pressure throughout my 90 minute session was excellent and the oil she used was really nice. I’ve already been back for a 2nd session and have another 3 appointments booked over the holidays. Elly is both knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended
