Melissa, the store manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She kept me updated from the time I ordered my carpet through to booking the installation.The carpet layers came within the time stated after receiving their text message.They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves.I found my dealings with Yarra Valley Flooring Xtra very professional and I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Garry at Yarra Valley Flooring Xtra by a family friend - Garry is very friendly and took the time to help me decide on the best carpet for my home and worked with my budget, giving me a very reasonable quote. When it came to installation, they finished the job in 1 day and I am so pleased with the results, the carpet looks amazing! Will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to install new carpets.

Garry did an amazing job. I gave him a very tight time frame but he carpeted 3 bedrooms and stairs in a short space of time. He was diligent, communicated well and provided a great price. Happy to recommend.

Found the store closed at 3.55 pm .looked inside while this guy didn’t have courtesy to open the door or ask as a matter of fact trying to hide behind shelves .Not sure if Dr Phil was in hurry to go home but flooring extra you lost a businessThe owner of this store should really be thinking about the type of people he employs ,Disappointing and appalling,No need of mock apologies or another feedback request

Garry and his crew were amazing. Carpeted three bedrooms and a hallway in my elderly parents home.Carpets look amazing. Great job and very reasonable price. The service at this store is pathetic ,especially with half baldy guy .Lots of snickering and side eyes when we entered the store .Finally he approached .... We just wanted a quote for our new house floors.Didn't feel very comfortable with his poor attitude .Had nerves to gossip negatively about Carpet Call when indicated we would like to try them also ...made us Extremely uncomfortable experience we just had to leave ,No use of replying with befitting answer .Everything is well said here… found out from other store he is disgruntled carpell call ex employee
