Wonderful prompt and effecient

I have lived in two apartments in the same building over the last 16 months and have had ongoing issues with the air conditioners in both with incredibly slow attendance by this contractor. Currently, I have been living with the most persistently loud rattle in the main bedroom of my apartment. This is not the first issue with this system - when I first moved in in March this year, it took 6 months for them to come and fix the existing issue from prior to my tenancy. I have now been waiting several weeks for someone to come look at why the rattling is occurring. It is getting worse and I am still waiting for someone to attend. They were booked to attend on Wednesday last week, never showed up and never re-booked. Can safely say that I would never recommend this company based on the last 9 months just in this apartment, let alone the last one.
