Did not show up on the day they said they would, did not clean carpets or blinds even though both were agreed on. Nothing was cleaned properly, not even close. Did not show up for re clean as agreed and has stopped responding. We had to re clean the whole place ourselves at night so as to not lose bond. We are currently in the process of logging civil claim for refund via QCAT/court.if you spend 5 minutes looking at the only positive reviews they have you will see they are fake and there is a connection between all the peopole that has made positive reviews.If you are going to risk using these guys (which you should not) dont pay in advance like we did.
