My high school sister had a shared lunch on her last day of school and had just told me on the same day. I went to Orion Subway to see if they could do catering for pick up on the same day at 11:30am, it was 10am already so it was understandable that they couldn’t. So I tried at Springfield Lakes Subway. And the staff member (Sydney) was able to help me out considering the time frame with catering. I am so thankful for her, she was very understanding and was able to have everything prepared before time. She was awesome and most definitely the best service I’ve encountered from Subway. She deserves employee of the month :)

i know a few people who have worked here and they didn’t get treated well. i’ve went in to order a couple days ago and there was only one person serving and the customer service was lacking and very slow. i do not recommend wasting your time at this subway springfield lakes. my meatball subs are always soggy

A young girl served my daughter and was exceptionally rude - rolling her eyes at her, was abrupt when asking her to wait until she was ready to take the order and when my daughter asked for a peach ice tea she said ahhh yes you can (sarcastically)...8 minutes left" - customer service was not good. Sandwich on the other hand was delish. Product great. Service needs to be improved."

Put in an online order for pick up at 11am for a lunch and learn i was doing in the area i placed the order at 9.15am. Arrived at 11.05 my order hadn't even been started. At 11.12 they stopped my order and were serving customers as they walked in. One girl doing all the work, the other saying she had other stuff to do so couldn't help out.Uber drivers standing and waiting 15 minutes for orders that hadn't been started yet.Management here are clearly a joke and need to put on more staff or train them better.Too bad I was late for my appointment because of this.Order finally completed at 11.20

By far the worst subway I’ve ever attended, one young fella working the counter while the girl was out the back.The presentation was terrible, we had to prompt him to toast the sandwiches and add cheese etcUber driver was stood there for 20 minutes and he kept working on our subs then going back to the Uber orderNot once did he change gloves. In fact the whole stores hygiene was sub parThese kids need guidance, they looked terrified and lost.

Ezekiel is extremely sweet and always a great person to talk to she is super friendly and is extremely good at her job me and my partner always go here and when we get served by anyone or by her she always has a chat makes us going here such a positive experience she is excellent at her job and definitely deserves the recognition.At Springfield Lake’s Subway

This is my local so it is my usual go to Subway store. Every single time I go, the staff move at an absolute glacial pace. I could google how to make the sandwich, jump the counter and make it myself before they even get to the cheese. Either the management is incomplete/oblivious or they just don't care. I would go more often but the bad service makes me choose other options as I don't want to wait 30 minutes for lunch. If there are 2 people in the line, I suggest you just turn around and go to another one. You probably would be eating sooner.

Rubbish management! I wanted to swap the capsicum on the chipotle wrap on the snack menu for my 3 year old and wasn’t allowed to despite having done it in that store several times and there being no chipotle dressing available. Was told I needed to pay extra so I said fine. Then was told I needed to pay more to have it on the wrap thin bread which is what the chipotle wrap is! Like seriously what is the problem? Just bloody greedy! It’s much better when you aren’t behind the counter, let the kids do it for you and stick to managing rather than customer service which you fail at! I left the store and went elsewhere. Shouldn’t have been so difficult!

They seem to rotate through staff quickly, but it’s a decent Subway. I order here often and the subs are usually pretty good
