Shoutout to Leon the legend for helping me out with an enquiry even though it wasn't in his department or dealership for that matter. Really friend guy and great customer service. Deserves a beer for sure!

Not great. Didn't stamp the book even though they said they had. Didn't wash the car even though they promised to detail it when dropped off. The worst part was found plastic cover over the top of fuse box, just laying on the floor on passenger side. Three weeks after informing them of this not one word in reply.

Great spot for a service on your car. Wash was brilliant and will return.

leaked oil all over the undertray of my car and oil went all over my driveway.wont be going here again.

Reliable and on time service facilities

A fantastic service at Reynella. They are sometimes a little challenging to contact via phone during their peak times, but you will get through eventually. Customer care, customer parking and customer satisfaction are slightly above average. Overall, a satisfactory servicing experience.

We ordered some parts to be put on my Partners fairly new Hyundai and they had the car for half a day to do this and were going to ring when the job would be done. The service department did not ring us up at all so we drove to the service department and got there 5 min before they closed as we needed the car for the weekend. On arrival my partner was told the parts were not fitted due to been damaged and she got upset not because they were not fitted but because she was not phoned and told about the issue and they kept the car for half a day and waited to tell her when she went in to enquire if it was ready, with no apology given for the inconvenience. We have bought a few vehicle's from Hyundai Reynella but after this experience we may be looking for somewhere else to get our cars serviced.
