I am not one to give bad reviews but I wouldn't trust them with my furbabies...I would give these guys a 0 for everything... Karen (mother) & daughter Jess run this and another dog based venture Here to Help Dog Training... I couldnt leave fast enough!!!!I parked outside went to the garage and was not even given a hello but instead got very usual & weird stares from Karen while I was talking to Jess... Karen kept staring at me, my kids & my dogs constantly watching what they were doing, they had metal gates on the garage and we were standing outside, never once offered to come inside and have a look at where my dogs would be staying for doggy day care etc...I was there with my kids and we all didnt feel welcomed at all, more so I felt really weird and honestly didnt feel safe leaving my dogs for grooming or dog sitting or doggy daycare & DEFINITELY NOT TRAINING...Eventually Karen finally said something she spoke to me in such a condescending tone, she was so rude and gruff in what she said to me about controlling my dogs, (they were on leashes) and my kids... My kids were only trying to say hello to the other dogs inside the garage & I was told that my kids were misbehaving and causing problems with the dogs inside...Obviously the other dogs and my dogs were excited to meet... I literally picked up my dogs and got my children and left... I was so happy that I saw her true nature before giving her my babies, we treat our dogs like an extension of our family and I would have never felt comfortable with leaving my dogs with them for anything...
