Creative Home Renovations

Creative Bathrooms & Kitchens did a great job renovating our ensuite bathroom. They have lots of innovative displays in their showrooms, which were most helpful when selecting items for the renovation work (you can also select from their wide catalogue range). The thing the really clinched it for us was the fact that they supply a complete service package: from demolition and repair work through to full installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical; even painting if you want it. This eliminated any anxiety regarding the organising of trades necessary, but not strictly part of the installation. As it happens, we needed a Gyprock fixer for plasterboard and cornice work . . . Creative did all this for us as part of the package. Their staff were always obliging, friendly and helpful (the tradies skilled, efficient and polite). We are pleased to say that we now have an installation that we really love and would easily be at home in any top 5 star hotel (better than many I would say). Based on our experience, we would recommend Creative Bathrooms and Kitchens to any prospective client. Congratulation Creative on a job well done!

The showroom is like walking into a high end home. With a variety of displays showcasing kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor areas. I was blown away by the high level of quality - and also the sheer size.Amazing place to walk through and get inspiration. Haylee and the rest of the team there are so helpful and their design knowledge is amazing.Definitely recommend the team if you're looking to upgrade your home into your dream home, or looking for a luxe upgrade that you can be proud of.

We are delighted with our kitchen and laundry renovation by Creative Homes. It was important for us to have a warm, earthy palate and they responded beautifully by mixing the finishes of the base cabinetry in topiary green with the overheads in Oak, along with black tap-ware and knobs.They offered us some great innovative design ideas like combining engineered stone and laminate bench tops which we weren’t sure about at first but trusted their expertise. So glad we did now as it adds design interest and ties all the elements together really well. Another fun idea was incorporating a cat litter provision into the cabinetry in the laundry.All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I have to give a big shout out to Steve who got our job back on track when the project manager got sick, and Frank who’s attention to detail with the cabinetry was brilliant.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who patiently met all my requests. They renovated both my bathrooms and did a superb job. I love them, both the design and the workmanship.

We are incredibly pleased with the extensive renovations completed by Creative Renovations on our home. By the end of our project we had work done in virtually every room of our house ranging from an open plan kitchen to a new master bedroom plan. They have completely transformed our space, making it into something truly special to live in.The entire team worked tirelessly to help bring it all together and were highly professional and friendly every step of the way. Communication and customer service are clearly high priorities for Creative Renovations. They always responded quickly and courteously, offering solutions to any issues that came up. It's a shame that a company who can make such lovely looking kitchens, can't be bothered to finish the final details. We have been asking Creative Homes to come back and fix the hinges, sliding draw and other issues for two years at this point. Everyone is always friendly on the phone, but nobody ever rings us back or actually does anything to rectify the situation. It's hard to not be disappointed when the company uses photos of our kitchen to advertise, but didn't come back to fix things while our kitchen was still under warranty and still haven't come back even when we will now have to pay for these simple fixes. This is a small job, but it is the principle of the matter. Creative Homes should finish the job we paid them for.

Very impressive service and amazing showroom nothing like it anywhere, I am amazed how a builder can provide such an interactive in house service and product range and not compromise on quality. Creative Home Renovations recently renovated our kitchen (2 years ago) and we were so happy with their ideas, personalised approach and professionalism that we then had them recreate our outdoor pool, entertainment area.What we loved about working with Steve and the crew was, nothing we asked was too much trouble and when I changed the plan a little, again no problem.
