Not only the food was GREAT, but they were able to give advice when choosing the right menu for the special occasion. Price was very reasonable, and it was topped off with a FRIENDLY customer service as well. Highly recommend it.

I go here for the rice bowl (1 meat, 3 veggies). Everything I’ve had so far has been divine. If you love pork, especially pork belly, then this place is a must try. The pork belly pieces literally melt in your mouth. You know the food is good when you do a little dance after every bite. Good value for money and very satisfying and filling. 5 stars!

This place was so good. The food was fresh and the desserts tasted so good. Props to the chef. The shop looked really fancy and unique which made me feel delightful. Definitely coming again.

A neat south east surprise! I came across this place while in the area and picked up a great lunchtime bite. Plus, flavour comes handy this time of year (Almost winter).

Food is average but really overpriced. Don’t trust image on the menu because the portion will not be at what you expected. Two small plates for meat and veg plus a bowl of fried rice will cost you $17-$24. Plus they charged 10% extra service fee for dining in even on weekdays. The worst thing is they did not mention such surcharge anywhere in the restaurant and not even notify us until we pay the bill.

Egg fried rice with hot buttered cuttlefish is more than a reasonably big portion you get for the value you pay. I got loads of cuttlefish to eat with egg fried rice and the steamed vegetables bring the taste to an entirely new level. I enjoyed every bit of this mouthwatering dish and it was like 2 meals for the day. Overall, I was extremely happy with the presentation, value, temperature, and taste. I have got nothing more to say. I would enjoy this meal again sometime.

Growing up in a Sri Lankan family, I struggled to find quick and convenient versions of the meals that I grew up eating and I can finally say that my long search is over. The Flying Chef have such a great range of dishes, including the Don Buri, Biryani and the Nasi Lemak with the Don Buri being my personal favourite, and if the fantastic food wasn’t enough already, the bubbly and delightful staff take this place over the top. Would definitely recommend stopping by, you won’t be disappointed!
