We had 3 times bad experiences from Dominos Yamanto because of late delivery the third time they we found out they delivered in a wrong address. So they organised to get a new pizza for us so we had to wait again for almost 45 mins and guess what we got!!!! I think Yamanto branch need a new manager shame on you Domino's Yamanto

Worse domino's been to pizza's were cold and burnt not much topping .Very disappointing I called guy said nothing but have a good night spent $25 dollars there won't be back there again .

Horrible. Pizza delivery did not even show up. They don’t answer their phone, no one tells me they aren’t doing deliveries that night. This is after taking my money and a delivery fee. Manager then offers me a half price meal as compensation, so I spend more money. I’ve never had service like it before or should I say lack thereof. I’ll be lucky if I see a refund in 5 working days on my credit card I’m told. I’ll be avoiding this business like the plague from here on.

Someone is going to get injured or killed, due to the dangerous way your staff speed past then behind the service station.I sent a complaint via the Domino's feed back form on the same day and have heard nothing back

Ordered supreme - no mushrooms, bbq meatlovers with cheesy crust and a pepperoni pizza with garlic scrolls and Dutch pancakes. As you can see from the pics there was not one slice of pepperoni- got some dried out crust with burnt cheese. The so-called supreme (which I'm sure it wasnt) had mushrooms. The garlic scrolls were burnt as were the Dutch pancakes. The order took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive and was cold. This was on a Monday night which I didn't think would have been particularly busy. Disgusting rip off

Pizza wasn't ready until 20mins after allocated pick up time, they had to redo one pizza and still ended up with wrong toppings on the other pizza (ham on the chicken supreme, I can't eat ham). Pizza was completely lacking in flavour. What a waste of money.

I was just down at domino's getting a $3 mini pizza and had to pay extra bc of Sunday surcharge which should have broughtthe total to $3.30, and the guy (Jaxon) made me pay $6. I'm not happy about this.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences. Got served by a bleached blonde hair girl who honestly did not even seemed like she worked there. She was walking around on her phone whilst barking orders at younger staff members with a mean attitude. good food but bad service from her

I live 5 mins away at Willowbank and it's a $8 extra delivery fee, because they say it's an extra drive. 9 times out of 10 when delivered the extra toppins or sauces I paid for aren't on it, I can understand places get busy but this happens on normal days. I don't recommend this particular Dominos.
