Fantastic able to get CT appointment same day. Staff and Radiologist very friendly and they went above the call of duty. I asked for a copy of the image to take back home to Tasmania and it was ready within 2 hours with a copy of the report.Thank you so much Lumus.

A very positive experience. The reception staff and technicians are very professional, while having empathy and understanding. I have always been greeted with a smile. Makes the whole procedure so much more pleasant. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to a quite a few imaging places but not a place like this, from the initial phone call to Tanya through to having my x-rays performed by Jen was seem less and very professional. It’s a 10/10 from me.

Staff were very professional, kind and caring. Special thanks to Sondra who was so lovely and took great care of me. The Dr who performed my procedure was great as well. Would highly recommend booking all your radiology and imaging services here.

Yesterday I went Lumus 01/11/22. For a medical procedure I was greeted by Staffthey’re very friendly and professional the doctor who do the procedure was excellentand the young lady is professional and helpful , I had a good experience and the lady at the counter was helpful ..Thanks you Lumus ..18 Mayes St Caloundra Qld ..

I have visited Corinne (Scottish lady) for ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy and have been so impressed with her knowledge and manner with both myself and partner. After having issues with an ultrasound carried out at a local hospital, I returned to see Corinne as I trust her. She has completely reassured me in regards to the health of my baby. Thank you!
