I was looking for a budget fingerfood package for my birthday party with 13 guests. When I asked their online agent to help me with the best option for me, she was so rude... as you can see on the picture attached.I’m glad that i found out before they ruine my party with their low level service and I recommend others to be careful before choosing them.And after telling the truth as a review she sent me an email and called me aresole and cheapskate.This review is a great way to see who you will deal with before doing any mistake.Hope I could help you before making a wrong choice.

Owner told me to F##K Off when I asked for a quote. Called and abused me about wasting his time even though nothing was ordered yet. A simple quote was all I was after. Good luck to whoever does deal with this clown

I went to visit my cousin last month. She hired this company to cater her engagement party. The food was fabulous, the staffs were very professional. I definitely recommend.

Was told to f#$k off by staff when following up a request for a quote. I work for Inner West Council and could not believe how rude the staff were and that they did not ever send a quote after request by email and by phone

One Star is a compliment. Wanted a quote and was met with an arrogant and rude staff member by the name of Jeff. very condescending and gave me no time of day. Just wanted an overview of their offering as i had filled in a web enquiry. I work in customer experience and would put Jeff on notice after that rubbish I was 'served'.Happy to train your staff.

Apparently I have to give this place a star, so...The staff-customer service-were absolutely profane in their language and did not give the satisfaction of their customers a single thought. I mean... Horrible. Just horrible.To the owner, I have sent an email including all of the chats and profanity sent to me by Lorraine and I highly recommend to check it out.
