I've been coming here for 2 years now, and have consistently been impressed with the level of service. The staff there always seem to know what they're talking about, or at least are willing to find you an answer. Yes you have the occasional staff member not having their best day, but on average they're great.Whether it be $3k on protective gear or $30 on some helmet vents, the level of service is consistently the same.After buying a bike at a very large mainstream outlet recently, and experiencing some of the worst service in my life, it's always nice to come here, have a chat and walk out with what you need.

Went in as a new rider within little to no knowledge of riding gear - needed boots, pants, jacket and gloves. Couldn’t happier with the service, advice and nature of the staff. Was in and out with a little over 30min kitted-up. Highly recommend, thank you guys!!

A woman staff member was very patient and skilled. Unfortunately AMX like other similar shops have old stock, no right sizes and not many options. For this reason I mostly buy from overseas based online shops because I can find what I want, the right sizes and colour and it's always cheaper than local offers.

Fantastic range, but even better service. Staff took a lot of time to help me find the perfect helmet, then went out of their way to arrage pickup for me. Wonderful team, can't recommend enough!

I went in today to get a new jacket, pants and gloves. The young gent working was absolutely superb in helping me. An asset to the business and I'll be going here again for purchases. Bonus points for being open on Sundays.

Alex, great tip about the Trickle Charger - thank you! I've already used it on my own and my son's bike. And thanks for showing me how to wire up the battery terminals to make it easier to charge on my old bike. I can recommend the service at AMX Bayswater.

Just getting back into riding after some years, I was lucky enough to be served by Alex on my first visit to AMX Bayswater. I now don't go anywhere else, AMX is my go to store for all my accessories.
