An easily accessible store with a good range of products and knowledgeable team of pharmacists. You usually see Nick the owner behind the counter serving along with his team most days of the week!I have been using Serafim’s for the last 5 years and have been happy with the service. They keep your scripts on file for you if you need and I’ve never had any issue with incorrect filling or lack of stock.Around a year ago I had a sinus condition and the team actually offered me a complimentary flo sinus care kit. I declined as I already had one - however it was very nice that they had offered something that they could have sold to me! If you’re looking for a no fuss local pharmacy that is far more personal than a chain pharmacy - this is a great option!

I am 60 years old and have been going to this pharmacy since I was 20. The owner. Nick is amazing as is his staff. I live nowhere near Darlinghurst but I consistently use this pharmacy. Thank you very much for the last four decades, and all the best for your future

Wouldn’t give me pain medication from the hospital despite having a script. Said they didn’t recognise the doctors name so they needed to call them, and because they weren’t in the ER I was told too bad. I have a chronic pain condition that was flaring up and was doubled over in pain in the chemist and they didn’t care. I live locally and always go there and it’s just disgusting
